Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute payroll processing, production, and payment to employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Establish and maintain accurate employee and payroll records, including employee data, payroll history, and benefits information.
  • Closely follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and other departments, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and management to escalate compliance issues and provide payroll-related updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Payroll designation (CPP) or equivalent experience.
  • Office 365 experience preferred.
