WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

  • Payroll Management: Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payroll and benefits activities adhere to federal, state, and local laws.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to payroll and benefits.
  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits with outstanding service.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit essential payroll and benefits reports to management and government agencies.
  • Training: Educate employees on their benefits options and details of the payroll process.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve any discrepancies in payroll or benefits efficiently and effectively.

OUR MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capability.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
