Product Management @ OMG

Do you love doing puzzles? Do you love solving complex problems to help businesses thrive? If so, Product at OMG might be the place for you We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our growing Product Team. As a PM at OMG, you will work with the Product Team to drive key growth outcomes while ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience on our platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and create roadmaps that enhance our platform's functionality, usability, and user experience.

Day in the Life
  • Take ownership of key growth outcomes and drive cross-functional teams to reach them
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals
  • Create business cases to inform strategic roadmap investments
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including business cases, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX designers to ensure product development meets the defined requirements and user needs
  • Work with Product Marketing to drive successful product launches and ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Work with Revenue teams to drive adoption and ensure growth outcomes are being met
  • Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including customers, internal Teams, and executives
  • Collaborate with clients and every cross-functional Team at OMG to ensure successful solutions, product launches, and adoption
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform product improvements and iterate on existing products
  • Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of user behavior, preferences, and pain points
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

Requirements

Must Haves
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, bonus points for eCommerce experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business results
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
  • Visa Sponsorship not available
