To support our continuous growth, we seek an experienced Product Manager to lead a multidisciplinary technical development team. We are looking for a confident and organized leader who excels in communication and can drive collaboration across various stakeholders to create a product that enhances our clients’ and end users’ experiences, expanding into the market.

 

Role Objectives

 

        •      Lead the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

        •      Proactively evaluate customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from both ROI and build-vs-buy perspectives.

        •      Develop and implement programs to meet product requirements alongside our engineering team, ensuring thorough documentation.

        •      Establish and manage production timelines against the product vision and roadmap, holding teams accountable to deadlines.

        •      Evaluate new product ideas and devise creative go-to-market strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

        •      Oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements development, and feature launch, with a strong emphasis on organization and process.

        •      Convert product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams to prototype and develop, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

        •      Develop comprehensive product strategy documents that outline business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue potential, and ROI, demonstrating accountability and proactive management.

        •      Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams throughout the development, QA, and product release phases, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to processes.

        •      Craft assertive and confident product positioning and messaging that differentiates Scrap-It in key market segments.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

        •      Experience in dynamic product management roles, particularly with technical product management and experience working with engineering/development teams.

        •      Demonstrated success in managing all phases of the product development lifecycle with accountability and a proactive approach.

        •      Strong ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.

        •      Experience in developing and executing precise product marketing strategies with a creative and problem-solving mindset.

        •      Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills, with a strong emphasis on clear documentation.

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

 

        •      Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design, engineering, or a related field.

        •      Experience as a product developer in a non-managerial capacity.

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

        •      $90K -$110K annual compensation paid bi-weekly

        •      Full-time position from our office at 12801 N Central Expy Dallas 75243

        •      In-office position with flexible PTO and hybrid when needed

      •  Eligibility to our employee-contributed medical plans and annual bonus pool
