  • Transfers and maintains complete patient records in the EMR per company policies.
  • Maintains adaptability and flexibility, as work needs will vary by market.
  • Assists the Clinic Support Department with special projects, E-fax management, , prior-authorization submissions, or other duties, as assigned.
  • Provides administrative support to the practice as needed.
  • Strives for a paperless work environment and full-utilization of technology based processes to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Preparing patient charts and gathering information and documents from patients
  • Ensuring that the medical records are organized, accurate and complete within new Patient Care System
  • Creating digital copies of paperwork and storing the records electronically

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
