Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Spa Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the spa and salon professional business and have a proven track record of driving marketing programs and sales. This role requires a collaborative individual who can work closely with our sales and education teams to create and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive revenue growth within the spa channel.

Responsibilities
1.Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the spa and salon channel, aligning with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Identify key marketing opportunities within the spa channel and create targeted campaigns to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Plan and manage product launches, promotions, and events specific to the spa and salon market.

2.Collaboration with Sales and Education Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand market needs, customer insights,and sales goals, ensuring marketing strategies support and drive sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the education team to develop training and educational materials that support marketing initiatives and enhance product knowledge among spa professionals.
  • Coordinate joint marketing activities with sales representatives, such as in-spa promotions, trade shows, and industry events.

3.Brand Development and Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels within the spa and salon market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, partners,and spa professionals to enhance brand credibility and visibility.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.

4.Content and Collateral Creation:

  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and promotional materials tailored to the spa and salon audience.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely and relevant communication with spa professionals and customers.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content that aligns with brand standards and resonates with the target audience.

5.Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs within the spa channel.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • Working with sales and education teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies relevant to the spa and salon industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing within the spa and salon industry.
  • Strong understanding of the spa and salon professional business, including market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
