Job Summary:

At Array Technologies, much of our success can be attributed to the strength of our marketing and communications division. To build on the momentum, we're searching for a highly qualified marketing and communications coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company and stakeholder goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing and communications coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Work cross functionally to develop, write, and edit content for various platforms including press releases, blog posts, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
  • Oversee translation process for international content.

Internal Communications:

  • Develop and distribute internal communications materials such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
  • Support HR and other departments in crafting messages to employees.
  • Support strategy and execution of company-wide virtual events.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop social media content calendars and manage daily postings.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure all communications align with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of branding materials.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communications channels.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and report on communication metrics and outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis.

Organizational Management:

  • Work cross functionally to create and manage meeting agendas, tasks and follow ups for team meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or similar areas of study.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications coordination or similar role with knowledge of corporate communications, traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience using data analytics software for research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including copywriting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry a plus.
  • Creative and detail/deadline oriented with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), working knowledge of HTML and design and email software.
  • Ability to work equally well independently as well as part of a high functioning, collaborative team.
  • Ability to work across multiple organizations in a fast paced, corporate environment.
