Job Responsibilities

· New patient demographics

· Insurance entry/review

· Charge entry/review

· Clearinghouse review

· Payment posting/processing

· Aged claim review/follow-up

· Customer service

 

Preferred Experience

· 1+ years in medical setting (billing preferred, but not required)

· Experience with medical claims

· Experience reading insurance cards

· Experience reading EOB’s

· Knowledge of CPT codes (coding background not necessary)

· eClinicalWorks

· Allscripts/Veradigm

 

Full time position with benefits.

Hours: 8:00-4:30 Monday through Thursday and 7:30-4:00 Friday.
