Mitch D. Electric, Inc is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will perform clerical and administrative duties to drive company success.

Main responsibilities:

  • Taking care of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintaining primary accounting documentation
  • Handling administrative tasks (e.g., customer set-up, running payroll, sending invoice reminders)

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Administration or Customer Service experience would be an advantage
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills
