This role is responsible for the coordination of all administrative and financial tasks such as compiling quotes, change orders, progress billing and contract review.  The position requires an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain agile throughout the day.  The Coordinator must be able to handle and successfully juggle multiple priorities with sometimes pressing deadlines. 

Their knowledge of pre-qualification documents and processes, review and compliance of contract obligations and understanding and coordinating insurance requirements will be critical to their success in this role.  Their skills in performing calculations to determine costs and proposal preparations are vital.

The Project Coordinator will use their superb communication skills in both listening and follow-through to coordinate all aspects of the project and keep the team informed. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Be the ‘go to’ between all team members for all projects
  • Be skilled in performing and tracking project budget calculations
  • Successfully keep projects on track for all requirements and deadlines

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or supporting a General Contractor helpful
  • Exposure with interior construction products valuable
  • Be familiar with contract review and identifying requirements
  • Have a work ethic that includes a natural sense of urgency
  • Be deadline conscious and have excellent follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong math and accounting skills required
  • Bachelors degree preferred or substantial work-related experience
