Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and other key personnel.
  • Assist in various departments such as Field Operations, Engineering, Estimating, or Project Controls as needed.
  • Facilitate the coordination of on-site construction and engineering activities.
  • Interpret and analyze design documents, specifications, and other construction-related materials.
  • Support project teams with technical and logistical tasks, including subcontractor management and planning.
  • Collaborate with on-site departments to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met.

Daily Tasks May Include:

  • Preparing and distributing project documents.
  • Managing work orders and communication with subcontractors.
  • Creating essential documents such as contracts and change orders.
  • Reviewing pay applications and compliance documentation.
  • Tracking project leads and updating job statuses.
  • Assisting with incoming communications and scheduling.
  • Participating in daily project meetings.
  • Ensuring the collection of all necessary project closeout documents.

Qualifications:

  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
  • Professional interaction with colleagues and management.
  • Currently enrolled in an engineering or construction-related degree program; prior construction experience is advantageous.
  • Possession of an Associate Degree or higher is preferred.
