Role Overview and Expectations of the Project Coordinator

This position is vital to the success of our team. Every role within our team is valued and significant. This position entails immediate project leadership, supported by the Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the superintendent to develop weekly project schedules.
  • Ensure the project is equipped with all necessary resources, materials, and supplies for effective execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess safety and quality, working alongside the superintendent to address any concerns.
  • Review and authorize project invoices.
  • Prepare payment applications.
  • Maintain project financials and generate financial reports.
  • Coordinate with estimating to prepare project cost estimates.
  • Foster customer relationships.
  • Monitor production and outcomes to ensure proper installation and project health.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
