About Us: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with call center experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
