Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist clients with questions about our services, billing, and account management.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, promotions, and policies.
  • Record and manage customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A customer-centric attitude and a desire to help others.
