Marketing Coordinator

Support the marketing efforts of Hawthorn Senior Living and its related business entities through prudent administrative functions of the Marketing Department to reach our corporate goal of 100 percent occupancy.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· Minimum two years of office experience is required; preferred experience in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.

· Proficiency in computer use and relevant software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.

· Proficiency in organizational skills and office administration skills.

· Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.

· Excellent proofreading skills, grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work under time constraints and meet department deadlines.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet departmental deadlines.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist Marketing Team in coordinating advertising purchases of direct mail, newspaper advertising, social media, and other specialty advertising purchases as directed.

· Proof all ad copy, marketing materials, and website materials.

· Report and analyze marketing KPI’s such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.

· Generate weekly census and finance reports with timeliness and accuracy.

· Assist in monitoring advertising purchases and ensure all invoices are accurate and paid in a timely manner.

· Assist in effectively managing company databases as assigned (CRM, Reputation Management, Web-to-Print, etc.)

· Participate in the department brainstorming functions for development of copy and artwork.

· Work on special projects as assigned.

 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Carry out all duties assigned for the agreed upon wage accepting no additional monetary payment or non-perishable gifts from residents, vendors, Community management, etc.

· Meet the assigned work hour requirements of the job including required regular attendance.

· Keep all business and operations information confidential.

· Work with other staff members as a positive team player.

· Communicate in English during work hours.
