Job Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns, including product launches and brand initiatives. Manage the development of all campaign assets, including brochures, presentations, videos, and so on, to ensure key deadlines are met. Research competitors and analyse industry marketing trends to build marketing plans. Work with the web team to analyse digital data to create campaign post-mortems. Brainstorm with the creative team to develop marketing assets that align with Lumenpulse's brand identity. Leverage social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) to generate brand awareness. Support with the organisation of customer visits, events, exhibitions and trade shows. Assist with the creation and printing of sales materials, including pull-up banners, tablecloths, sample bag items, and giveaways. Oversee marketing projects and micro product updates. Update product information and create content for paid partner websites and paid media, as applicable. Assist with CMS and backend updates, as applicable. Submit products for prestigious industry awards. Translate and/or coordinate the translation of material as needed (French, English). All other related tasks. Education & Experience Required Post secondary education (College, University) in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Minimum 3 years combined experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Event management experience (an asset). Project management experience (an asset). Qualifications & Skills Required Exceptional organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks. High level of creativity, curious and eager to learn. Team player with positive energy and initiative. Thoroughly bilingual (spoken and written French and English). Strong communication skills and attention to details. Ability to PIVOT (exceptional organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, highly adaptable). Advanced MS Office skills. Valid passport and ability to travel freely outside of Canada.
