Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and experienced Executive Assistant to support the busy and demanding owners and other key staff members of a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various office tasks and possess exceptional communication skills.
Duties
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external business associates
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
Qualifications
- 15+ Years Experience working for busy and successful entrepreneurs
- Must be located in Dallas, Texas; hybrid: must work on location as needed
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing skills and experience with data entry
- Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately
- Familiarity with Google Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
