Our company is currently looking for a construction administrator to assist with all administrative aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This position's responsibilities would include but are not limited too:

  • Assist with the creation, revision, and execution of subcontract agreements.
  • Assist with budgeting and estimating
  • Assemble bid packages
  • Manage and apply for building permits and mechanical applications
  • Maintain accurate electronic files for each home
  • Initiate and process customer price request and change orders with subcontractors
  • Prepare and release house for construction
  • Order site plans
  • Follow up with structural engineer for building plan and truss completion
  • Organize administrative paperwork
  • Additional administrative support as needed
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Buildertrend & Canva software a plus.
