International Loving Touch Foundation, Inc.

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Admin Assistant, with a keen eye for detail and excellent people and communication skills. The  position will be diverse, incorporating a variety tasks, that one must be on their feet and attentive to.  We are a professional educational development training program with a 30+ year history. Our Certification program is an evidence-based practice and includes a credentialing re-certification process annually, which requires supervision and accountability. The Office Admin Assistant will work closely with the Director of Programs to gain the skills and understanding of the nature of our program. We are looking for a reliable relationship with the right leadership, with energy and motivation to help drive our company successfully forward. Weekdays needed include Monday - Thursday - 32 hours, currently. Management Ability. Women owned and Operated Business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in a broad variety of office responsibilities in relationship to the program
  • Direct communication with our membership and new registrants
  • Emails and Online Renewal System, LMS system (online and in-person trainings)
  • Correspondence, filing system, both manually and electronically
  • Assist  and manage student registration process 
  • Assist in organizing, scheduling and posting events and trainings through our online system
  • Implement and keep organized filing systems, both manually and electronically
  • Perform all other office tasks including assisting in shipping materials for courses and students materials
  • Assist with Accreditation

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office admin assistant and/or relevant role (degree preferred)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (phone and email)
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Creative, flexible, motivated for success, positive attitude
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time, depending on the project
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and climb a short ladder
  • Graphic skills for power point presentations

Office Skills Required:

  • Proficient computer skills. Operating systems Macintosh OS and Windows, then followed by PC
  • Accurate minimum typing skill 50 wpm (tested)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We have a variety of accreditations, endorsement documents and contracts, correspondence through emails
  • Database: Filemaker Pro, Quickbooks
  • Microsoft 365
  • Experience Website : Word Press, Woo Commerce, LMS
  • Applications: google docs, google workspace
  • Proficient knowledge with social media platforms : Facebook, Instagram
  • Graphic skills would be very helpful as we have a newsletter, Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign*
