Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our long-standing client's team in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • High School diploma, GED or similar required.


Pay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
