Responsibilities:

  • Job Descriptions and SOPs: Collaborate with managers to create and refine job descriptions and SOPs, ensuring clarity and consistency across all departments.
  • Goal Setting and Performance Reviews: Guide managers through setting and achieving goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing PIPs to enhance team performance.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach managers on goal setting, tactical planning, and establishing KPIs, providing ongoing mentorship and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of managerial goals and initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
