Pest Management Technician Job Description

The Pest Management Technician is a key member of our team at Alliance Pest Services, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the effective elimination of pest problems. As a frontline representative, you will interact with customers, diagnose pest issues, and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pest Problem Diagnosis and Resolution: Evaluate and diagnose pest problems, determine appropriate treatment plans, and execute strategies to ensure pest problems are dealt with quickly, safely, and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high degree of customer service before, during, and after the completion of pest management services using clear and respectful communication.
  • Product and Technology Knowledge: Answer customer questions related to products and technology used during services.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with customers to receive referrals and increase business opportunities.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete service documentation accurately and maintain organized records.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in Pest Management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Verbal Communication Skills: Confident in operating independently in the field to achieve goals with limited supervision.
  • Problem-Solving and Can-Do Attitude: Problem-solver with a can-do attitude in addressing customer concerns.
  • Environmental Health and Safety: Desire to help promote environmental health and safety.
