Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Administrator at Duhart Company in Richmond, VA. The Inside Sales Administrator will be responsible for daily tasks such as communication with customers, order processing, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Communication, and Customer Service
  • Experience in Order Processing and Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry is a plus
  • Must be skilled at using Microsoft Office Suite
