**Responsibilities**:
** Inside Sales, Hot Leads, No Cold Calls**

** Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction**

** Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools**

** Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up if necessary**

** Keep accurate records of customer interactions**

**Skills**:
** Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening**

** Excellent communication and presentation skills**

** Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively**

** Computer knowledge**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
