JOB DESCRIPTION 

Educate-WI is immediately hiring a program administrator Educate-WI provides educator certification programs for prospective and practicing teachers and administrators in the areas of special education, general education and educational administration and is located in New Richmond, WI. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized professional, who demonstrates exceptional customer service, attention to detail, is a team player, honest, and professional. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, the program administrator will help coordinate projects inside the business, with administrative support as needed. 

Requirements: 

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.  

  • Previous office experience (in an education setting highly preferred). 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, database collaboration, etc.) 

  • Experience delivering high quality customer care. 

Skills and Responsibilities:  

  • Assist students through the application process.  

  • Manage email and customer contacts 

  • Consistently follows up with all inquiries via phone and email. 

  • Assist in day-to-day tasks as needed 

  • Communicate with school districts to coordinate student teaching placement.  

  • Create PowerPoints and proof curricular materials  

  • Is able to navigate an intuitive, customized student account platform. 

  • Provide support to Executive Director and Program Faculty.
