Payroll Administrator

We are currently looking for a fultime payroll admin to submit payroll, create invoices, breakdowns, email clients, contact contractors about timesheets and material receipts turned in.
Responsibilities:
- Complete payroll in ADP by Wednesdays
- create invoices and breakdowns
- email clients about invoices or work orders
- keep up with past due invoices
- attend weekly meetings with management , over see profit margins on projects .
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or other related fields
- Familiarity with mircosoft , excel, word.
- Ability to multi task and communicate
- detail-oriented, organized, on time, reliable , trustworthy
