Responsibilities:

- Be a part of the installation team that works efficiently and timely until the completion of window installation.

- Utilize your expertise to ensure accurate and precise installation according to industry standards and company protocols.

- Safely operate tools and equipment required for window installation, with the ability to lift 100+ pounds consistently.

- Demonstrate proficiency in service-oriented tasks, addressing client needs with professionalism and courtesy.

- Prioritize safety on job sites and adhere to established safety protocols at all times.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to uphold the company's reputation for quality workmanship.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures as necessary.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in window installation and references preferred but not required.

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

- Stucco experience is preferred but not required.

- Experience with entry door installation is preferred but not required.

- Service experience is highly preferred.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Commitment to upholding set standard practices and delivering top-tier workmanship.

- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
