Job Overview

Position: Systems Engineer - IT Service Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade both software and hardware components.
  • Explore innovative solutions to technical challenges and provide recommendations for implementation. Engage in process enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee the inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Ensure system security through the management of software installed on endpoints.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current and emerging technologies in systems.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Evaluate system upgrades and provide informed recommendations.
  • Address and resolve issues as they arise, while considering contingency plans.
  • Troubleshoot all hardware-related IT issues.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the relevant field may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience related to the responsibilities outlined above.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 11 Enterprise.
  • Experience in diagnosing symptoms for accurate identification of user and network issues.
  • Skills in planning computer and networking systems.
  • Ability to install and maintain personal computers and network systems.
  • Awareness of current technological advancements in the field of expertise.
