What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Assistant Center Manager to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Are you a passionate, ambitious, dependable, business-minded leader and self starter? Do you enjoy taking responsibility for a project and seeing it through to success? This could be the role for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the center and employees
  • Following up with leads, scheduling tours, and enrolling new students
  • Working with our software to maintain communication with clients
  • Working with parents to define children's learning needs
  • Working with schools and local organizations to plan events and providing information about our services
  • Engaging with children and families in the center
  • Ensuring that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing
  • Ensuring the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students
  • Upholding corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
  • Opening / Closing the center as needed
  • Willingness to learn from and communicate with (super cool) hands-on owners.

Qualifications:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the center and employees
  • Following up with leads, scheduling tours, and enrolling new students

  • Engaging with children and families in the center

  • Upholding corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
  • Opening / Closing the center
  • Willingness to learn from and communicate with (super cool) hands-on owners
