Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls and assist manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate calendars and set meetings both in person and virtually
  • Create bills and invoices, record all transactions relating to client purchases
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Perform filing and clerical duties
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
