TheHomeMag in Tucson is growing  We are adding another pivotal team player to its office support team.

Now hiring for a Client Relations Specialist.

This part-time position will help with daily support in a variety of ways, including:

·         Category & Premium Placement Layout/Proofing

·         Premium Position Spreadsheet maintenance

·         Provisioning Call Tracking #s

·         Calling & Verifying Corporate Magazine Ad Phone Numbers

·         Magazine Manager & CallSource/Convirza field support

·         Contract Entry (Tucson, Columbus, Chicago and future magazines)

·         DAL/Insert Zip Availability Tracking

·         PT Support (admin) for Account Executives

·         Gas Card and Sales Rep Magazine mailing

·         Maintaining our Magazine Library

·         QC every magazine, every Issue

·         Coordinate Collateral Needs with Design and Sales

·         Backup for Front Desk duties and incoming calls

·         As needed – help with shipments, office events and other company functions

We are not expecting a person to be experienced in all of these roles, yet we are looking for someone with certain skillsets to be able to effectively work on these tasks.

Skills such as:

·         Being very organized

·         Good with Math/Numbers (and spreadsheets)

·         Desires to help sales people

·         Strives for complete accuracy

·         Is a solid multi-tasker

·         Can be counted on to think for themselves
