Job DescriptionJob Description

Managing the day-to-day operation of the Dallas office. The person who fills this role will learn the business through daily coordination with all departments in the Dallas office and will be expected to have a detailed working knowledge of all divisions of the business. This role will be critical in the growth of the business and this person will be the company’s first point of contact for clients at our headquarter office. The ideal candidate for this role is able to think outside of the box and has a natural curiosity. You will be given all the training and tools needed to do this job efficiently and your success will be up to you.

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and be able to assist clients daily
  • Manage physical and online filings systems
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering supplies, new electronics, and furniture as needed
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist clients when they come to the office for meetings with management
  • Use Salesforce and associated applications to generate business critical documents
  • Data entry and data management in company proprietary database
  • Assist in assembling custom packets and ensure they are delivered to clients
  • Conduct client account research

Required Skills:

Preferred Skills:

  • Administrative experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, or other CRM software
