TRF Pacific, LLC, a development and property management firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our small hardworking team. This is a full-time in office position in our Seattle office (Belltown).

Responsibilities:

  • This position performs a variety of administrative functions, including being the first point of contact with clients, tenants, and business partners
  • Answer the door, greet visitors, and inform staff when they have a guest waiting for them
  • Reliably answer the main company phone line, provide any necessary information, and direct callers to the appropriate parties
  • Open, sort, and distribute mail and incoming faxes daily in accordance with the distribution protocols
  • Under supervision of office manager, order supplies, maintain appropriate inventory, and restock and organize as needed
  • Prepare outgoing shipments via various mailing methods
  • Receive incoming shipments and distribute in a timely manner to appropriate staff
  • Various office maintenance duties including but not limited to ensuring conference rooms are tidy and ready for use; daily tidy of the kitchen/breakroom; water, fertilize, and dust office plants regularly
  • Accounting assistance include coding incoming checks for deposit, code reoccurring utility invoices for payment, and filing support for processed invoices and deposits
  • Support and assist all staff with various overflow tasks as needed
  • Maintain TRF databases with current tenant information
  • Assist the office manager in maintaining organization of filing systems, both hard copy and digital files

  • Strong general administrative skills (Microsoft Office skills, typing, organization, etc.)
  • Must be fully vaccinated and boosted
