Position Overview:

  • Assist with administrative responsibilities throughout the Site, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service that consistently surpasses customer expectations and promotes operational efficiency.
  • Accountable for enhancing and maintaining the operational excellence of all aspects related to office functionality and maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, welcoming both internal and external clients, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and overseeing office supplies and general maintenance.

  • Information Provision: Delivering basic information in person or through phone/email communication.
  • Access Control: Managing entry through the reception desk, issuing visitor identification, and maintaining the logbook.
  • Administrative Support: Performing data entry, document preparation, and calendar coordination.
