Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the financial department
  • Plan, organize, and direct accounting functions, creating policies
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and addressing performance issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and take corrective actions
  • Generate and maintain accurate cost reports
  • Supervise activities and create timely financial reports for stakeholders and auditors

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in accounting
  • 4+ years of related experience in Accounting
  • Experience with organizational budgeting and preparation of financial statements
  • Experienced in financial and strategic planning
  • Ability to analyze data, establish goals, execute a plan, implement process improvement, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform complex accounting tasks
  • Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills
