·           Full time – Temp to Perm – 3 - 6 month temporary period

·           Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm

Requirements:

.          Closing of Third-Party Complete Cases.

.          Dispatching cases to field service engineers or third-party service providers.

.          Ordering parts for field service engineers or third-party service providers.

.          Extracting CRM data to Microsoft Excel.

.          Validating Dynamics 365 Tests.

.          Office knowledge (Excel, Word).

.          Strong communication skills.

.          Organized and professional.

.          Problem-solving and process oriented.

.          Thrives in a team environment.

.          Has a coachable mindset.

Pay Rate:

·           $60,000/year + 15% annual bonus
