The Global Services Training Specialist at Cytiva plays a crucial role in delivering training, supporting training operations across the Americas in scheduling and administration, and aiding in the design and development of technical training programs tailored to the needs of field-based technical teams. The ideal candidate will exemplify and actively promote Cytiva's Quality Management System, striving for excellence in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

This position is integral to the Global Services Technical Training Team and is designated as an ONSITE role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct training sessions at our global training facilities, primarily in Marlborough.
  • Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to assist in the development and review of training materials.
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the Marlborough Training Center, working closely with the local training team.
  • Support training operations in the Americas region with scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to promote a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including training delivery and facilitation.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and the ability to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Experience in implementing innovative delivery formats and techniques, including new tools for onsite and virtual training.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; capable of serving as a role model for field-based trainers by promoting best practices.
Travel Requirements:
  • This role may require travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of IT networking, Unicorn software, GDP, cGMP, and Qualification.
  • Familiarity with PC and Microsoft Office software applications.
