Progress Unlimited Inc, a non-profit organization in Owings Mills serving individuals with intellectual disabilities in the community is seeking an ASSISTANT STAFFING DIRECTOR for its Residential Program. The ideal candidate would have excellent written and spoken communication skills, be reliable, organized, flexible, able to work independently, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The position runs from Friday at noon to Monday morning at 8am.

The ASSISTANT STAFFING DIRECTOR responds to calls in a timely manner and provides staff to homes following the agency’s policies and procedures ensuring that each home operated by the Agency:

- has sufficient staff to ensure the safety of all individuals and carry out its’ programs

- that staff absences are documented properly

- that staff are available in the event of emergency

- visiting assigned homes operated by the agency

- working within budgetary guidelines

Candidates should have:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

- Additional experience will be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.

- At least (5) years of experience in this or a related field

- Valid driver’s license and access to a car during all working hours
