Available Opportunity

We are currently looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator. This role will report to the Director of Human Resources and will primarily be based at our headquarters. While occasional remote work may be allowed, the individual will be expected to work on-site most of the time.

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in providing administrative support and assisting with the daily management of HR processes, programs, and initiatives, gaining exposure to various aspects of human resources.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, the Coordinator will ensure that administrative tasks and HR system management related to the employee lifecycle are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include:

Onboarding

  • Facilitating the scheduling of new employee orientations and training sessions.
  • Welcoming new hires and providing office tours.
  • Collecting and reviewing necessary documentation from new employees.
  • Conducting orientation sessions for new hires as needed.

Data Management

  • Maintaining employee personnel files and I-9 forms in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Processing new hires and updates in the HRIS system, including changes in pay, promotions, and transfers.
  • Drafting employee notices and ensuring signed documents are retained in personnel files.
  • Generating reports from the HRIS to assist with benefits administration, internal audits, turnover tracking, and other metrics.

Compliance & HR Processes

  • Monitoring updates to state laws and collaborating with the Director to revise policies, notices, and forms as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance posters are displayed in the office and on the internal intranet.
  • Assisting in the development and updating of job descriptions.
  • Responding to employment verification requests and unemployment claims.
  • Supporting payroll review processes.

Additional HR Initiatives

  • Contributing to Clearview's Service Recognition program.
  • Collaborating with the Director to communicate safety measures in support of our Emergency Action Plan.
  • Assisting in creating content for the internal Quarterly Employee Newsletter.
  • Engaging in employee engagement initiatives and promoting the Clearview culture.

Qualifications for Consideration

  • One to two years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems.
  • Basic understanding of employment and labor laws, as well as general HR policies and procedures.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Integrity and ethical standards.
  • Ability to travel to the headquarters as required.
  • Willingness to attend job fairs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR/Payroll systems.
  • Experience in recruiting for CPA, consulting, or other professional services firms.
