•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Some interior design or textile industry experience is a plus but not essential; the most important thing is that you be interested and eager to learn
What the job will be:
•Learning the ins and outs of our fabric line so your knowledge makes you indispensable to the Creative Director and designers on our team
•Maintain and organize files, studio libraries, and databases
•Maintain department calendar, schedule meetings and record keeping
•Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
•Support for Wholesale accounts: maintaining client reports and company databases including shipping and receiving actions, back-up for orders and communication
•Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
•Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Experience using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, is preferred
•Proven experience learning a wide array of software programs
•Associate's Degree or equivalent job experience is preferred
Salary: commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, office-based position. Start date: ASAP
