Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Livermore, CA for a Procurement Specialist Bilingual. The Procurement Specialist Fluent in Korean will be responsible for managing the company's procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. They will ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to meet the company's operational needs. The Procurement Specialist Bilingual will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Purchasing of Materials and Supplies
  • Responsible for sourcing and quoting products to meet production needs.
  • Working within a given budget to purchase goods and services for an organization
  • Responsible for placing and tracking orders with vendors and suppliers.
  • Entering and updating Purchase orders.
  • Responsible for estimation and sourcing by contacting suppliers for pricing.
  • Responsible for checking invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payment

Education and Experience:

MRP system experience is a must

At least 3-5 years of directly related procurement experience

Previous manufacturing experience is highly preferred
