Position Overview:
The Website Account Manager will work directly with doctors, healthcare professionals, and our internal development team to ensure the successful delivery of WordPress websites. Your primary objective will be to manage the lifecycle of multiple website projects, from initial consultation to launch, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide project updates.
- Oversee the design and development process, ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with the marketing and development teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Understand the basics of website structure and SEO purposes.
- Conduct website quality assurance testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage client feedback and make necessary project adjustments.
- Monitor post-launch analytics, client feedback, and user experience to recommend and implement website improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, digital marketing, and HCP needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web design/development.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS - building, maintaining, and optimizing sites.
- Familiarity with Elementor
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or in the medical sector is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an independent and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of web development languages (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Experience with SEO/Marketing is a plus.
