Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales engineering team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for CNC products and services.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Produce quotes, and deadlines for customer’s product.
  • Make sure all orders have accurate pricing, lead time, and specs are correct.
  • Responsible for managing social media and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the CNC or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining and related technologies.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
