Job Summary

Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service to our clients. Your task is to build strong relationships, solve client problems effectively, and support all office staff. This requires being in our office with hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction:

· Handle daily downloads promptly.

· Quickly handle customer request ID cards, certificates etc..

· Respond to incoming emails, mail, faxes, and voice messages.

· Maintain current contact information with all customer contacts.

2. Documentation and Communication:

· Document all interactions with customers, carriers, and agents in our agency management system (Nexsure).

· Answer all phone calls promptly and screen them diligently based on service tasks outlined in the job description.

· Consult with Account Managers to handle tasks outside your role or for which you don’t have a complete understanding of the situation.

3. Renewals, Endorsements and New Business:

· Process all as required.

· Clearly and effectively communicate with clients via phone and email, managing expectations proactively.

4. Continuous Learning and Support:

· Stay informed about insurance coverage and carrier appetites.

· Complete continuing education as required by your license.

· Perform other responsibilities as directed by your manager.

Requirements

· Experience: P/C insurance experience necessary.

· Licensing: Must be licensed.

· Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using computers, VoIP phone systems, and virtual meetings.

· Agency Management System: Must be comfortable and willing to become proficient with our agency management system (Nexsure).

We are a low stress agency environment. You will not have sales goals or quotas. Your main responsibility is excellent customer service. You will have your own office and be expected to work unsupervised to get work processed.
