Receptionist Admin Assistant

This position is a temporary position that will last 5 - 12 months.
The Temp Receptionist Admin Assistant will serve as receptionist and provide administrative support to the HR department, as well as other departments when needed. They will provide excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. In this role you will greet vendors, job applicants, and other visitors. Route incoming calls in a timely and effective manner, place outgoing calls, and administrative support for other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Direct persons to correct destinations
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Provide general administrative support to other departments.
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Other duties as directed
Skills and Experience:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
