Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Project Manager with a strong background in the music industry, movie, tv or entertainment. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, familiarity with business affairs is a plus. Experience with Google Sheets and MRC Data is highly preferred. While our primary focus is music, applicants with experience in TV, film, and entertainment are strongly encouraged to apply.
The key is individual who are not scared to call, be on the phone and communicate with others.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee various projects in the music industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize Google Sheets and MRC Data for project tracking and reporting.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and social media.
- Handle business affairs related to contracts, agreements, and project logistics.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Regularly update and maintain project documentation and reports.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Understanding of TikTok, digital marketing, and social media trends.
- Knowledge of business affairs and contract management.
- Bonus: Accounting skills and experience in financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicants with experience in TV, film, and entertainment are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Fluent Spanish Speakers to head of the line, not needed to apply, but a plus
