New York, New York, United States Warner Music Group Full time

At Warner Music Group, we're a global collective of music makers and music lovers, tech innovators and inspired entrepreneurs, game-changing creatives and passionate team members. Here, we know that each talent makes our collective bolder and brighter. We are guided by four core principles that underpin everything we do across all our diverse businesses:

Music is Everything: Music is our passion, and we can never get enough. Tastes, trends, and tech will change, but phenomenal artists and songwriters will always be our driving force.

Global Growth, Local Expertise: Music is a global language. Through communication and collaboration, our success can come from anywhere and translate everywhere.

Innovation and Insight: Pushing the boundaries requires the best information and the boldest imagination. We use both to create the future.

Empowered by People: Like the artists we serve and the music they make, our differences make us stronger. This is a place where every talent can belong and build a career.

Product managers help turn vision into reality.

Developing industry-leading products is like being in a band - we all have a role to play and only by working together can we create something amazing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, legal, and much more to define, plan, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with WMG's overall strategy.

You'll be joining a dedicated group of leaders who have a consistent track record of designing great products and building global businesses.

What you'll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our user's needs and how technology can help - that includes artists, songwriters, and producers, as well as A&R, marketing, finance, and everyone in between
  • Define the current and long term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product and communicate that up, down, and around
  • Work closely with engineering, design, product solutions, and other teams to create high-quality software that meets users' needs at record pace
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans to ensure your product has maximum impact
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends. Use data to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product performance.

Who you are

  • At least 5 years of product management experience (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience building web products in enterprise/b2b or the music industry
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex business and stakeholder challenges
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

With a legacy extending back over 200 years, Warner Music Group (WMG) today brings together artists, songwriters and entrepreneurs that are moving entertainment culture across the globe. Operating in more than 70 countries through a network of affiliates and licensees, WMG's Recorded Music division includes renowned labels such as Atlantic, Elektra, and Warner Records. WMG's music publishing arm, Warner Chappell Music, has a catalog of more than 1.4 million musical compositions spanning every musical genre, from the standards of the Great American Songbook to the biggest hits of the 21st century.

We view technology as the ultimate enabler, a force for good that amplifies human creativity and our business. Whether it's discovering new artists and songwriters, leveraging data-driven insights and AI to help them create new music and reach new audiences, we're involved in every aspect of the business, and much more. The possibilities are endless, and we're just getting started.

We remain committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We know it feeds a culture where you can truly belong, contribute, and grow. We encourage applications from people of any age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, and any other characteristic or identity.
