Job SummaryDelta Plows is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a "hands on" manufacturing background,  to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a full time, permanent position based at our office location. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills,  with hands on experience in a manufacturing environment, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, once again, within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements
  • Team-oriented 
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • 2-3 years’ of Customer Service with hands on experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities 
  • Receive inbound calls and emails.
  • Order entry.
  • Quoting.
  • Agile in job duties, and willing to learn new skills (e.g. Invoicing, sales, CAD software and equipment, etc.).
  • Assist in pricing projects and data collection projects.
  • Respond to customer inquiries to provide both technical and non-technical solutions.
  • Resolve complex and unusual requests and problems.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide updates to other departments to contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions. 
  • Utilize proprietary software and technology to record and manage activities with customers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred 
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum two years’ experience and a manufacturing discipline
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
