As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be on the front lines, serving our customers and consumers You will act as the primary communication liaison between the customers, administrative departments, and plant personnel in order to ensure that all customer requirements are met.

**This is an 8am 5pm, M-F role.**

* First, you need to have *great* interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and in person will be paramount.

* Second, you need to have a *very* strong attention to detail. Making sure we receive and provide correct information is essential to this role.

* Third, you need to be able to effectively navigate/manage stressful situations. Some days, customers can be impatient and/or demanding. But thats where your patience, kindness, grace and perseverance will help to diffuse situations and work towards win-win solutions.

* Finally, were looking for someone with prior customer service experience, preferably in a high volume manufacturing (or equivalent) environment. Ideally, wed like someone with ~3-5 years of related experience. You also need a HS diploma or equivalent.
