Printer Repair Technician

  • Act as contact for equipment support, service and equipment removal and delivery
  • Facilitate Move/Add/Change (MAC) process
  • Facilitate consistent end user training on equipment
  • Perform device cleaning and replacement of operator accessible parts and maintain replaceable parts inventory, while maintaining Data Entry Log for activity and asset tracking
  • Perform break-fix activities account, which can be up to 70% of role
  • Provide IP address support, with no other network support provided
  • Able to perform basic equipment problem diagnosis
